Personal coaching tailored to your needs and intentions for 8 weeks. Throughout the process, you can count on dedicated and committed coaching.
An exploratory conversation (virtual) so that we can get to know each other, you can ask all your questions and I can tell you more about the healing powers of psychedelics.
A preparation call in which I provide you with information, tools and techniques to get into the right mindset.
An intention setting call in which we delve deeper into your individual needs and goals.
Extensive support during the psychedelic session itself. Naturally including the Magic truffles, as well as organic snacks and juices for after the session.
A check-in the day after the session.
A report of the trip and, if necessary, (audio) recordings
Information with supporting tools and techniques to ensure lasting positive changes in your life.
2 Integration talks in the weeks after the session in which we reflect on your experience and you learn to transform the insights you have gained into practical habitual changes.
This service does not include accommodation, but a list of recommended comfortable accommodations in different price ranges will be included.

Holy Shift – two 1-on-1 guided psychedelic sessions within an 8-week program

The 8-week program with psychedelic psilocybin truffles is complemented by a 2nd session day. The Safest Shift / 2-on-1 guided psychedelic session within an 8-week program

Enhance your experience with the emotional and expert support of two guides in a 2-on-1 guided psychedelic session.
Choose Magda Haver or Jessika LaGarde as your second guide and feel extra carried. Research shows that a team of 2 guides provides an extra sense of security, making it easier to travel deeper through your inner world.

Extensive support from a male and a female coach during the psilocybin journey and throughout the entire 8-week program.

If you want to be pampered, choose this all-in-one program of 8 weeks, which will be put together based on your personal preferences and needs. This program includes accommodation and mindfulness and wellness activities and will be designed to create a lasting positive impact on your mental wellbeing. This option consists of:

Accommodations for 3/4 or 5 days at one of the most beautiful (and secret) locations in Amsterdam (availability upon request), including breakfast.
Extensive support from 1 or 2 coaches during the session(s) and throughout the program.
2 or 3 psychedelic session days depending on your personal desires and expertly put together to have a lasting positive impact on your mental well-being.
A minimum of 3 Integration conversations in the weeks following the session in which we reflect on your experience and you learn to turn your gained insights into practical habitual changes.

Microdosing Program

Discover the power of subtle changes with the 8-week microdosing program. This path offers a gradual approach to self-improvement and is perfect for those new to plant medicine, looking for a less intense experience, or as preparation for the heroic transformational psychedelic experience using a high dose of psilocybin. Microdosing brings flow into your life. This option consists of:

An initial consultation to get acquainted, answer questions and set intentions. I'll tell you everything you need to know about microdosing. If desired, I will also tell you about the possibilities and effects of microdosing for depression, ADHD, migraine, chronic pain, quitting alcohol, and quitting smoking.
A microdosing diary to keep track of your progress.
A detailed step-by-step guide and explanation of the different protocols. Assistance in obtaining and dosing legal plant medicines.
Support to adjust dosage and frequency as needed.
The price for this service is €250.

1 hour of psychedelic talk

In my ‘One Hour Plant Medicine Talk’ you have the unique opportunity to delve into the world of psychedelics together with an expert. All your questions are more than welcome. This service ideal for:

Learning about the science behind plant medicines and their benefits.
Discussing microdosing as a replacement for medication for ADHD, depression or chronic pain.
Exploring whether a high-dose psychedelic experience is something for you.
All questions are good and welcome.
The price of this service is €80.

Accommodation

A comfortable and safe environment is very important during a psychedelic experience. Although I cannot offer you accommodation, I will help you find a place that meets all your needs. And if you prefer, I can also book it for you. (at an additional cost)

From the moment you decide to engage with me, you will receive dedicated support and extensive preparation to ensure a safe and transformative experience.

Incentives

I greatly appreciate feedback and returning clients! Discounts are available for those who leave a (google) review or book another session with me.

Payments

Payment is made via invoice and takes place before the start of the second conversation. Please see the ‘refund policy’ for refund amounts if the client cancels a session.
